We operate various dry and wet separation plants for the treatment of shredder residues, metal concentrates and other metal-bearing waste.
The key to the processing technology for heavy shredder fraction and metal concentrates, aside from heavy media plants with high throughput and separation precision, are sensor-based picking plants as well as sorting systems based on transmission radiography analysis.
Patented in 2003, this procedure for the processing of light shredder fraction is unique in Germany. It takes into account the extraction of all recoverable contents, universally usable refuse-derived fuels and a mineral fraction suitable for disposal.
With the construction of a new processing plant in 2018, a new patented process for fine-grained, metal-containing waste was successfully realised. This process is designed to concentrate the smallest non-ferrous metal and precious metal contents in copper granules suitable for smelting.
